Top‑SEA Marketer (B2B Freight & Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Top‑SEA Marketer to drive B2B sales and marketing activities within the freight forwarding and customs clearance space, focusing on trade between Kenya and China. The role will support the growth of our client base, from SMEs to large manufacturers, and ensure high retention through excellent service pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high percentage of returning traders by managing effective customer service pipelines.
• Identify, approach and pitch target clients, including SMEs, informal market traders and corporate manufacturers involved in Kenya‑China import‑export.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with freight forwarding, customs clearance and express courier services.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance or express courier industries in Kenya.
• Solid understanding of the China‑to‑Kenya importing process, Incoterms, container consolidation and KRA customs compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
