Total Rewards Analyst

About the role

The Total Rewards Analyst ensures accurate and timely administration of compensation and benefits programs for staff and Financial Advisors across the Group. Reporting to the Total Rewards Supervisor, the role focuses on data quality, analytical insight, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation changes, promotions, bonuses and benefit deductions, preparing payroll inputs for each cycle.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and produce comparison reports to support HR business partners.
• Manage the FA commission and variable pay computation cycle, including system audits and monthly reporting.
• Oversee staff benefit schemes, medical insurance, pension, SACCO and loan programs, handling enrolments, reconciliations and vendor coordination.
• Monitor statutory compliance and prepare related documentation for multi‑jurisdictional requirements.
• Perform payroll variance analysis, loan eligibility assessments and prepare IFRS 17 data for finance hand‑over.

Required profile

• Strong analytical depth in reward data and compensation analytics.
• Orientation toward data quality, process improvement and internal controls.
• Experience with compensation and benefits administration, including FA remuneration.
• Familiarity with multi‑jurisdiction statutory compliance requirements.
