Videographer – Full‑Time Creative Role

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality video content that supports our manufacturing and marketing initiatives, from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts, storyboards and shot lists.
• Plan and organise shoots, including location scouting, scheduling and equipment preparation.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones and other AV gear to capture footage.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional software, adding graphics, text, music and effects.
• Export and format final videos for web, social media and advertising platforms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and manage digital assets.
• Review content for quality, incorporate feedback and stay updated on video trends.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies or a related field (recent graduates encouraged).
• At least one month of hands‑on video production experience.
• Strong visual storytelling sense and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
