Warehouse Manager – Nairobi

About the role

Mareva Beauty Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its Nairobi warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage and distribution.
• Lead, train and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock.
• Implement and enforce safety and security protocols throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and documentation.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and apply operational policies to improve productivity.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Generate regular performance and logistics reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Proven expertise in inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team‑management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for warehouse operations.

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
• Microsoft Office (MS Office) competence
