Web Administrator

About the role

The Web Administrator will manage, maintain, optimise and secure the organisation’s websites and digital platforms, ensuring they remain functional, up‑to‑date and aligned with business and user experience goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites and digital platforms to ensure optimal functionality, uptime, and user experience.
• Perform regular updates, including content uploads, page creation, media updates, and structural improvements.
• Monitor website health, performance, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues such as broken links, page errors, and performance problems.
• Support deployment and testing of enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate analytics insights, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain website security standards, manage SSL certificates, firewalls, and conduct routine security audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web administration, website management or web development.
• Hands‑on experience managing CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Laravel or Strapi.
• Experience with hosting environments and web server administration.
