Wireline Field Engineer

About the role

Join a leading global energy‑technology company and work on cutting‑edge wireline solutions. As a Wireline Field Engineer you will provide technical guidance, support multiple customer projects and help improve products, processes and procedures at the wellsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyze resolutions to moderately complex wellsite problems.
• Supervise training of less‑experienced engineers and personnel.
• Coordinate operations with drill crew, rig and production facilities.
• Maintain records of all assemblies and provide them to the Customer Representative.
• Advise on logging and completions, interpret data, troubleshoot and perform wellsite analysis.
• Supervise equipment at the wellsite and shop to deliver specific logging and completions services.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• Thorough understanding of oilfield wireline operations and services (TCP).
• Ability to identify appropriate products and services for simple to complex applications.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
