Customer Growth Intern

About the role

The Customer Growth Intern will support our hybrid efforts to bridge customer success and organic marketing. Working closely with the founding team, you will assist existing users to maximize the value of our AI‑driven sales intelligence platform while creating high‑quality content such as industry blogs and educational articles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for existing customers, resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Draft, edit, and manage professional content including blog posts, case studies, and user guides that showcase the value of our AI solutions.
• Support growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for current clients to expand their use of our tools.
• Monitor and consolidate customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team for future AI features.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of professional copywriting (e.g., blogs, articles, academic papers).
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and the ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to receive feedback and develop new skills in a fast‑paced startup environment.
