International Admissions Manager – East Africa

About the role

ALU is seeking an International Admissions Manager to lead fee‑paying student recruitment across East Africa. This remote position will own the full admissions pipeline and drive the university’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy targeting East African markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process for fee‑paying students.
• Build and maintain relationships with international schools, private school networks, counselors, and families.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, A‑Level, and IGCSE.
• Commercially sharp and culturally fluent with a strong network in East Africa.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
