About the role
The Learning & Development and Performance Management Officer will lead Burhani Engineers' employee learning agenda and drive performance management processes. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs, managing digital learning systems, and improving overall organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct annual Training Needs Analyses across all departments and develop aligned learning plans.
- Design competency frameworks and capability‑building initiatives to support succession planning.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, regulatory, technical, leadership and soft‑skill training.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training calendars.
- Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
- Automate training tracking, reporting and maintain accurate learning records.
- Generate analytics and performance reports to assess training effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes, recommending improvements to enhance employee performance.
Required profile
- Proactive, technology‑oriented professional with strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, training design and delivery.
- Ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives and performance goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- E‑learning platform management.
- Training analytics and reporting.
