Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Penda Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for its Integrated Patient Services and Support Office functions. This hands‑on role works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a structured, candidate‑centred hiring process that meets the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job activation to offer, adhering to Penda’s hiring system and service level agreements.
• Coordinate job postings, shortlisting, assessment scheduling, interview logistics, and candidate communications.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and support panel interviews, evaluating candidates against competency and culture‑fit criteria.
• Maintain consistent, respectful, and timely communication with all candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on role requirements, candidate progress, and hiring decisions.
• Apply and enforce recruitment SOPs, flagging deviations and escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure job descriptions meet quality standards before activation.
• Utilise assessment tools and evaluation criteria uniformly across roles.
• Accurately track candidate records in the ATS and support pre‑boarding handover to HR.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for high‑volume clinical positions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical or medical centre roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment SOPs, assessment tools, and ATS management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and process compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
