Account Manager – Client Relations & Sales

About the role
HFM is looking for a proactive Account Manager to join its Cyprus team. You will act as the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients, presenting our multi‑asset trading products and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Present HFM’s products and services to prospective clients in an informative manner.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing support.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all product features, trading platforms, and internal systems.
- Engage with prospects, respond to queries, and keep communication ongoing.
- Implement AML and KYC procedures and ensure compliance.
- Enter accurate data into internal systems and stay updated on daily market conditions.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with exposure to trading or financial markets.
- Sales‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
- Professional work ethic and high level of integrity.
- Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
