Associate Client Manager – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Join NTT DATA as an Associate Client Manager on a fixed‑term contract. You will support the Client Management team in Nairobi, helping to grow relationships, retain customers and uncover new business opportunities across our portfolio of IT and telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Management team in expanding and renewing accounts within the foundational segment.
• Assist in minimizing churn, maximizing retention and identifying growth opportunities.
• Help drive client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle, including commercial agreement preparation.
• Engage with clients under guidance to address concerns and propose viable solutions.
• Generate demand by identifying client needs and leveraging digital marketing channels.
• Build enduring relationships and understand client industry, business environment and strategy.
• Articulate NTT DATA value propositions, focusing on product offerings.
• Collaborate with vendors to achieve required results.
• Use sales tools and methodology to manage territory, accounts, pipelines and forecasts.
• Maintain open communication channels with assigned clients.
• Inspire clients to procure additional services and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining a strong client‑service orientation.
• Support governance and compliance policies to manage risk exposure.
• Monitor financial governance and cost management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong sales business acumen and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to plan, leverage tools and data to drive outcomes.
