Brand Manager – Brand Experience & Execution

About the role

Brand Manager (Brand Experience & Execution) plans brand strategies, coordinates campaigns, and drives brand awareness for Mogo Finance. The role requires a marketing or business degree and at least four years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define MOGO’s physical brand standards for headquarters, car branches, boda branches, dealerships and other touchpoints, with tiered execution levels.
• Build practical playbooks covering look and feel, signage, POSM, materials, messaging, customer experience and maintenance.
• Set up and run the MOGO Brand Hub as the single source of truth for guidelines, templates, playbooks, production specifications and approved assets.
• Establish production, supplier, maintenance and asset‑lifecycle standards.
• Make MOGO consistently visible across smartphone dealerships, boda dealerships, agents and retail partners.
• Create dealer and agent playbooks, onboarding kits, sales tools, training materials and POSM to help partners sell MOGO effectively.
• Set co‑branding standards and approval processes for shared spaces with strategic bike partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, product marketing or commercial roles, preferably in financial services, fintech or lending.
• Proven track record of growing a product, channel or P&L.
• Experience owning marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating IT/digital development projects; Agile or product‑owner experience is an advantage.
