Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the growth, profitability and long‑term equity of assigned brands within Kenya Breweries Limited. This role owns the Marketing Business Plan from strategy through budgeting, execution and performance tracking, ensuring the brand resonates with consumers and drives market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual Marketing Business Plan (MBP) aligned with corporate objectives, setting volume, revenue and market‑share targets.
• Define brand positioning, identity and long‑term equity while leading innovation pipelines for new products, packaging and variants.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels, guiding creative development with agencies.
• Manage A&P budgets, track KPIs, analyse performance data and optimise strategies based on market insights.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, supply‑chain and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment on priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably within fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and profitability through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
