Building Manager – Facility Operations

About the role

The Building Manager will ensure that the assigned premises remain clean, safe, secure and fully operational. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate daily inspections, maintenance activities and support events held in the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections at the start and end of each shift and log any issues in Zoho.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, civil and water systems.
• Accompany service technicians during routine checks (e.g., lifts, fire extinguishers) and sign off completed work.
• Manage cleaning staff attendance and supervise daily cleaning schedules.
• Address building‑related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee event set‑up, verify that all required materials are in place, and coordinate post‑event clean‑up.
• Inspect indoor sports equipment, arrange maintenance, and confirm safety and functionality.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Project Management or Property Management.
• 2‑3 years of experience in project or property management.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with indoor sports equipment operation and maintenance.

Required skills

• Zoho (work‑order and logging platform).
