Business Sales Development Manager – B4B

About the role

Bolt is looking for an experienced Business Sales Development Manager to lead its B4B growth in Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will help corporate clients—from tech firms to NGOs—access reliable, scalable transport solutions for their teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales funnel: generate inbound leads, conduct proactive prospecting, negotiate and close deals with SMEs and mid‑size corporates.
• Design and execute targeted outreach strategies for key sectors such as finance, manufacturing, NGOs, and tech hubs.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through an uncapped commission scheme.
• Build trust‑based relationships with procurement, HR, admin and finance stakeholders, emphasizing face‑to‑face engagement.
• Provide structured market feedback to product and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong network within the Kenyan corporate landscape.
• Deep understanding of how Kenyan companies purchase services and navigate procurement.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and eager to expand Bolt’s B4B footprint.
