About the role
The company is seeking a reliable Cashier to manage daily cash, card and mobile transactions at its Westlands location in Nairobi. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping and provide courteous service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts and maintain precise transaction records.
- Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling.
- Support other operations as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent (CPA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as a cashier.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty and dependability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
