Community & Content Lead

About the role

The Community & Content Lead will shape and deliver BrighterMonday Consulting’s brand narrative across digital channels. Reporting to the Content & Communication Specialist, the role drives audience engagement, content quality, and performance‑focused storytelling to support business growth, brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Create monthly and quarterly content calendars for all platforms.
• Identify content opportunities based on audience insights, trends, campaigns and business priorities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
• Oversee content creation, publishing and optimisation for social media, blog and website.
• Drive audience growth, engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and emerging digital content opportunities.
• Provide creative direction for multimedia and campaign content production.
• Review, approve and publish content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Analyse content performance and deliver regular optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 4 years of experience in content and community management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and optimise content across channels.
