About the role

Quality Construction Ltd, a rapidly expanding construction firm on the island of Guernsey, is seeking motivated individuals for several full‑time positions. The roles include Contracts Manager, Wet Trader (plastering specialist), Decorator, and General Operative. Each position contributes to delivering high‑quality construction projects while supporting a collaborative, safety‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Contracts Manager: Oversee multiple construction contracts from inception to completion, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Wet Trader: Perform plastering, rendering and screeding works to a high standard, maintaining attention to detail on all surfaces.
• Decorator: Execute all painting and decorating tasks, delivering quality finishes and adhering to client specifications.
• General Operative: Assist on site with various tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the relevant trade or role.
• Full qualifications where applicable (e.g., NVQ in plastering or decorating).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
