Corporate Communications Assistant

About the role

The Corporate Communications Assistant will support the Corporate Communications & Marketing department in creating and delivering consistent brand messages across all channels. Working closely with the Corporate Communication Officer, the role involves content creation, media coordination, event support and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing communication materials, corporate publications and internal newsletters.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms, the company website and other digital channels.
• Support the planning and execution of branding, marketing and CSR campaigns.
• Coordinate media coverage, public‑relations activities and respond to public inquiries.
• Help organise corporate events, exhibitions and capture photography/video content.
• Maintain digital communication platforms, content libraries and monitor media mentions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication assets and promotional materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, media partners and service providers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
