Digital Marketer

About the role

MEDPRIME TRAINING COLLEGE is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to drive online promotion of its programmes, intakes and events. You will lead digital campaigns, manage social channels and generate qualified student leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Manage the college’s social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and maintain a content calendar.
• Create engaging videos, graphics, captions and stories that showcase courses, campus life and student success.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads, coordinating with the Admissions team to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Monitor budgets, track performance metrics and produce weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, cost per lead and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency and monitor online reputation, escalating any issues as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
• At least 24 months of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of running successful online campaigns.
