Driver & Assistant Supervisor – Nairobi

About the role

Arrow Facilities Management Ltd is expanding its operations in Nairobi and seeks a reliable Driver & Assistant Supervisor. The role combines safe vehicle operation with supporting the coordination of cleaning teams at client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, cleaning materials and documents between the office and client locations.
• Load, unload and secure equipment, ensuring accurate inventory before departure and upon return.
• Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, mirrors) and keep the vehicle clean and road‑worthy.
• Assist cleaning supervisors by helping organise field teams, oversee one‑off cleaning projects and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Support day‑to‑day logistics, including handling PPE, detergents and other supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven driving experience.
• Valid Kenyan driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Presentable, dependable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and gradually take on cleaning supervision duties.
