Export Junior Associate – Customer Service

About the role

The Export Junior Associate – Customer Service will support NFT Consult’s export operations by managing customer relationships, processing orders and ensuring smooth documentation flow. This role bridges sales, logistics and finance to deliver a seamless experience for international buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Process export orders, prepare required documentation and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Identify and onboard new customers, supporting business development initiatives.
• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely order closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve export workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales & Marketing or related field (or a relevant diploma with practical experience).
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, sales administration, logistics or export operations.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ERP or order‑management systems.
• Basic knowledge of export procedures, customs documentation and international trade.
