Growth Hacker (B2C) – Global Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Hacker (B2C) to lead the acquisition engine for a large‑scale marketplace of paid‑task contributors. Based in Kenya and working fully remote, you will design and scale systems that attract high‑intent users, drive task completion and foster repeat participation across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and automate a participant acquisition engine using organic loops, referrals, community distribution and geo‑specific outreach.
• Develop growth workflows with LLMs, web‑scraping, APIs and no‑code orchestration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to scale acquisition efficiently.
• Identify new markets based on demand signals and adapt channel strategies per region.
• Own core growth metrics such as cost per activated participant, task completion rate, repeat participation and lifetime task value.
• Run weekly rapid‑experiment cycles, iterate on successful loops and discontinue under‑performing channels.

Required profile

• Proven track record growing a marketplace, gig platform or two‑sided ecosystem with measurable activation and retention impact.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable growth mechanisms.
• Hands‑on experience in emerging or diverse international markets.
• High execution capability – comfortable writing copy, building scripts, setting up dashboards and iterating independently.
• Analytical mindset linking actions to activation, retention and revenue outcomes.
