Housing Supervisor – US Navy Program

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Housing Supervisor to manage daily housing operations for a unique US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role involves leading a team, delivering high‑quality tenant services, and ensuring compliance with contract, Department of State and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all housing activities, ensuring services meet contract requirements.
• Interact with contract managers, tenants and support staff to resolve housing needs and operational issues.
• Manage tenant check‑in/check‑out processes, issue keys and access materials, and handle lockouts or minor service concerns.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records, supply inventories and housing assignments.
• Coordinate furniture, linen and equipment movements, and process replacement requests.
• Receive, document and track building maintenance requests and customer concerns.
• Ensure a safe workplace by complying with Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
• Support leadership with administrative reporting and special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in customer service, housing operations, lodging or property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic overseas environment.
