MGallery Nairobi Gigiri are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nairobi, Kenya. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in human resources operations while supporting our organization’s people‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide administrative support to the T&C team.
• Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing, screening, and arranging interviews for candidates and maintaining application records.
• Assist with HR projects such as meetings, training, and audits as needed.
• Handle employee requests related to policy issues, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Train and learn HR practices.
• Perform general office duties.
• Undertake any other relevant duties assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, actively seeking experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for talent management and human resources.
