About the role

International Destination Experts at Kensington design and sell fully customized luxury travel experiences for discerning North American clients. Working remotely from Nairobi, you will manage the client journey from the first enquiry through trip planning, execution and post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and proactively contact prospects to understand their travel desires.
• Recommend destinations, experiences and itineraries that match client preferences.
• Collaborate with global destination teams, private guides and service partners to build bespoke itineraries.
• Use storytelling techniques to present proposals and close sales.
• Provide ongoing support during the client’s travel and ensure a memorable experience that drives loyalty and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in luxury or high‑end travel, preferably with an international focus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle remotely.
• Passion for travel and deep knowledge of global destinations.
