Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and curious Junior Data Analyst to join Insdev Consulting. The role supports data collection, cleaning, analysis and reporting to help drive informed decision‑making across our consulting projects. It is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to develop analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support senior analysts and consultants with data requests.
• Document data processes and maintain data records.
• Present findings in clear, accessible formats for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and implementing data collection tools such as surveys and forms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation.
• Basic SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (advantage).
