Junior Graphic Designer – Creative & Digital Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Nairobi. You will support the brand’s visual identity across print and digital channels, helping to drive engagement for our fashion and retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Create eye‑catching graphics, promotional artwork, in‑store marketing materials and branded assets for both digital and print use.
• Develop visual concepts for window displays, billboards, posters, point‑of‑sale materials and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce engaging social‑media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms, including graphics, stories, carousels and short‑form videos using CapCut or similar tools.
• Write concise captions and short copy that align with campaign objectives and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activations, coordinating with printers, suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
