Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of our innovative software product. The role is fully remote, but you must be available during UK business hours to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and track project deliverables to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Run project meetings and manage customer interactions throughout deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements and monitor progress.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve blockers and keep documentation up to date.
• Support continuous improvement of project‑management workflows and delivery processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical or project‑support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a remote team.

Required skills

• High‑level familiarity with Java/Spring Boot back‑ends, Angular front‑ends and microservice architectures.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
• Exposure to message brokers like Kafka and database deployment processes.
• Optional certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CAPM.
