About the role
Pixel Systems is looking for a Junior UI Engineer to help a regional financial services provider modernise its internal tools. You will turn designs into functional React components that staff use daily to manage accounts and process transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and style reusable UI components using React and modern CSS.
- Create clear data tables, simple forms, and internal dashboards for financial data.
- Connect front‑end interfaces to existing APIs for data display and updates.
- Clean up styling debt and maintain a consistent user interface.
- Participate in weekly demos for the team and client.
- Write documentation and short tutorial videos for new features.
Required profile
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to write readable code.
- Strong communication skills for a fully remote environment.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Eager to learn debugging and performance optimisation for front‑end applications.
