Landscaper – Full‑time Position

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Landscaper to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining landscaped areas, ensuring they remain attractive, safe and environmentally sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs, concepts, plans and planting schemes for new and existing sites.
• Prepare detailed layout drawings, planting plans and design specifications.
• Assess sites and recommend suitable plants, trees, shrubs, turf and other materials based on climate, soil and water availability.
• Estimate quantities of plants, soil, fertilizers and tools required for projects.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees and shrubs through mowing, pruning, weeding, watering, mulching and fertilising.
• Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases and apply appropriate control measures.
• Maintain irrigation systems, report faults and ensure proper operation.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely, keeping records of usage and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, gardeners and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Gardening or related field.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of relevant experience.
• Mid‑level qualification as indicated in the posting.
