About the role

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and update terms of service, privacy policies, and user agreements for legal compliance.
• Identify and advise on legal risks related to data privacy, labor regulations, and cross‑border transactions.
• Assess intellectual property concerns and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support dispute resolution processes and respond to platform‑related legal inquiries.
• Monitor evolving legislation affecting gig‑economy platforms and recommend necessary adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review and drafting for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
