Marketing Associate

About the role

Ikigai is looking for a Marketing Associate to drive its multi‑channel communication strategy, boost brand awareness and attract new members to its wellness‑focused coworking community. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan, execute and measure campaigns that enhance member experience and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement multi‑channel communication strategies to increase visibility and acquire leads.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including SEO, PPC, and content campaigns.
• Create, manage and distribute content across digital platforms.
• Build and nurture content partnerships and networking opportunities.
• Support internal and external communications to strengthen the Ikigai community.
• Analyze performance data to optimise campaigns and improve member experience.

• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Tech‑savvy social‑media enthusiast who understands the difference between SEO and SEM.
• Creative with a strong eye for the Ikigai aesthetic.
• Data‑driven, able to provide excellent customer service on the fly.
• Passionate about people and community building.
