Marketing Executive

About the role

Assist the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing to position and promote Villa Rosa Kempinski hotel and its outlets as the market leader through marketing activities while ensuring compliance with the Kempinski brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the marketing office, including filing, phone handling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and site inspections.
• Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media and manage guest database for mailings.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing activities such as collateral, promotions, advertising, market analysis, and social‑media calendars.
• Handle agency/vendor invoices, billing matters, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate external shoots, edit content, and upload images to picture storage systems.
• Liaise with F&B department to promote outlets and support the creation of media and marketing plans.
• Monitor competition, conduct benchmarking, and ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communication or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
