Marketing Executive – Property Development

About the role

The client, a leading property development company, is looking for a Marketing Executive to boost brand awareness and generate leads. You will plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns, manage content, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, email) and traditional media.
• Create, proofread and oversee marketing copy for newsletters, ads, websites and social platforms.
• Track, analyse and report campaign KPIs using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
• Conduct competitor and consumer research to spot market trends and new opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
• Support product launches, webinars, trade shows and other promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a marketing executive or digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Proficiency with design platforms such as Canva or Adobe.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, measure ROI and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.
