Node.js Developer – Talent Pool

About the role

Viseven Group is looking for a Node.js Developer to join its talent pool. You will work on a variety of digital transformation projects for leading pharma and life‑science companies, delivering high‑quality backend features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver functional features of varying complexity.
• Implement functionality independently, from planning through delivery.
• Review code, fix bugs and refactor existing modules.
• Participate in task planning, estimation and write unit/e2e tests.
• Self‑test developed tasks in target environments.
• Design database structures and modules, applying OOP and design patterns.
• Document development processes for future maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services and relational databases, including schema design and migrations.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, dependency injection and repository/ActiveRecord patterns.
• Ability to create unit‑test cases and familiarity with RxJS and immutable data handling.
• Experience customizing GitLab pipelines for automation.
• Production‑grade experience with Docker, Docker‑Compose and Kubernetes deployments.
