Pizza Maker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pizza Maker to join our Nairobi kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing dough, assembling pizzas to recipe standards, and ensuring each order is delivered quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to established recipes.
• Assemble and bake pizzas using ovens and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Support general food preparation and assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods and interact with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Strong food preparation and cooking abilities with consistent recipe execution.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a hot environment and manage multiple orders.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic education; formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
