Policy Contracts & Documentation Executive

About the role

The Policy Contracts & Documentation Executive ensures accurate drafting, issuance, maintenance and governance of client policy documentation for Global Health Benefits. The role supports new business, renewals, contractual amendments and product or regulatory changes, guaranteeing that all documents reflect approved benefits, rates, terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and issue complete policy contracts for new business and renewals, including annual policies for Swiss clients.
• Prepare renewal documentation and endorsements covering changes to benefits, rates, profit‑share arrangements and Service Level Agreements.
• Manage post‑issuance activities such as client‑requested amendments, contract negotiation support, re‑issuance and confirmation of acceptance.
• Support product‑development and Terms & Conditions reviews, coordinate change requests and update policy agreement templates.
• Draft Notices of Amendment, trustee briefings and related client communications in partnership with Product Management and Marketing.
• Proofread policy documents for accuracy, consistency and alignment with approved contractual wording before release.
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Product Management, Sales, Underwriting, Billing and other stakeholders to ensure governance and quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error‑free documentation.
• Experience in policy drafting, contract management or related legal documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting health benefit policies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and clients.
