About the role
We are looking for a highly organised, client‑focused Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects across client hospitals. The role involves on‑site coordination, stakeholder management and continuous improvement within a fast‑growing health‑tech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own each hospital onboarding project from initiation through closure, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones and resource requirements.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain regular on‑site presence during trial and critical stages, coordinating with hospital stakeholders to address challenges.
- Build strong relationships with hospital management, biomedical engineers, doctors, nurses and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with internal Biomedical Engineers, Automation Engineer and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide documentation, status reports and ensure all project closure requirements are met.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong on‑site presence and willingness to travel to hospital locations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical teams.
