Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the commercial activities of Mayro Trading Perfumes, driving growth across retail, distribution and fragrance product lines. This senior position requires a strategic mindset to expand market share while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team, setting targets and monitoring KPIs.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention and relationship management initiatives.
• Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to optimise product placement and sales performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Management, Commerce or a related field (or a diploma with substantial experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role with proven team‑leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, beauty or fragrance sectors is an advantage.
