About the role
Drive growth for Stockflow by acquiring shop owners across Nairobi’s commercial zones. You will demo the inventory and sales system, close sales, and onboard retailers onto the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential retail customers in Nairobi’s commercial areas.
- Conduct product demonstrations on mobile devices.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
- Onboard new clients onto the Stockflow platform and ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain a daily field schedule and report progress.
Required profile
- Proven field sales experience (e.g., FMCG, mobile‑money, merchant onboarding).
- Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Diploma or degree.
- Self‑driven, mobile, and resilient with a willingness to work outdoors.
Required skills
- Field sales techniques.
- Customer onboarding.
What we offer
- Salary KES 25,000–35,000 per month (gross) plus performance incentives.

- Full product training, demo device, and field‑work support.
- 3‑month probation.
- On‑site work based in Westlands, Nairobi.
