About the role

Arrow Facilities Management Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Westlands office in Nairobi. The role focuses on B2B sales and business development, offering a blend of inbound and self‑generated opportunities in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new corporate accounts.
• Make outbound calls and engage key decision‑makers.
• Respond to company‑generated sales enquiries.
• Secure meetings and site visits with prospects.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on proposals.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and CRM.
• Build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Consistently achieve defined sales targets.
