Sales & Marketing Associate Internship

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our workshop team on a three‑month internship. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer engagement, social‑media content creation and sales support within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and phone.
• Engage with clients in person at the workshop, ensuring a positive experience.
• Capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed jobs for social‑media posts.
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social‑media platforms.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to help convert sales.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries, leads and follow‑ups.
• Support day‑to‑day sales and marketing activities at the workshop.

Required profile

• Confident communicator both online and face‑to‑face.
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp for customer interaction.
• Willing to work on‑site at the Wajir Road workshop.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Based in or around Nairobi.
• Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
