Sales, Marketing & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Sales, Marketing & Logistics Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market presence and ensure efficient product delivery for a leading FMCG client. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role combines strategic sales planning, brand promotion and logistics optimisation to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and open new markets and distribution channels.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales and logistics teams.
• Oversee order fulfilment, product distribution and transportation operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movement and logistics costs.
• Design pricing, promotional offers and conduct market research.
• Prepare sales forecasts, departmental budgets and performance reports.
• Collaborate with production, finance and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and drive customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Supply Chain qualification preferred).
• Minimum five years of management experience in FMCG or related sectors.
• Proven sales leadership and business development track record.
• Experience in logistics management and inventory control.
• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a valid driving licence.
