Sales Officer – Land Sales (Real Estate)

About the role

Brites Management Services Limited is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to focus on land sales. The role involves generating new business, managing customer relationships and converting leads into successful transactions within the Nairobi property market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities for land sales.
• Develop relationships with property agents, SACCOs, corporates, diaspora networks and investment groups.
• Conduct market research on competing developments and pricing.
• Prospect, qualify and present land plots to potential buyers via social media, website, WhatsApp and walk‑ins.
• Organise site visits, negotiate within company guidelines and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up on deposits, documentation and transaction completion.
• Submit daily sales activity reports and weekly pipeline and conversion reports.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer‑facing role such as real estate, banking, insurance or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding property markets.
