About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. You will promote our roofing solutions, build strong client relationships, and help drive revenue growth in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Visit job sites and client premises to assess needs and provide technical guidance on roofing solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Building and Construction, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in field sales or customer service (preferred).

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000 per month.
