About the role
Our client, a leading real‑estate firm, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
- Coach, mentor and motivate sales executives to improve productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase property sales.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and maintain CRM data.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotional campaigns and property launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real‑estate regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue targets.
