Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Security Supervisor to lead a team of guards at various sites in Nairobi. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned locations.
• Monitor attendance, performance and conduct of guards.
• Conduct regular site visits, security checks and routine inspections.
• Identify security gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Report incidents, operational issues and emergency responses to management.
• Support the deployment and scheduling of security personnel.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a security guard or supervisor.
• Valid Class A motorcycle licence and ability to operate a motorcycle confidently.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular site inspections.
• Strong supervisory, communication and reporting skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and alert attitude.
