About the role
ISM Africa, a certified construction services provider in East Africa, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join its Nairobi office. You will lead sales initiatives for modular and pre‑manufactured building solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and retention.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset with excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the construction or modular building sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales‑related software.
